Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines, to deliver excellent experiences and achieve maximum customer satisfaction, while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers politely, with a smile and good manners.
• Providing customer service according to trained standard procedures, aiming for 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommending products and promotions to customers to increase sales.
• Soliciting and listening to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely inviting customers to return for future service.
• Checking food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Delivering food and beverages to customers accurately, completely, and on time.
• Checking the readiness of raw materials and service equipment before starting a shift.
• Ensuring the responsible area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintaining personal grooming and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhering to company safety and hygiene standards.
• Strictly following company regulations and supervisor's instructions.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarizing daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent, or higher.

Experience

No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, active, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Food handlers training certificate (will be given special consideration).
