Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines to deliver excellent experiences and maximize customer satisfaction, while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Providing customer service according to trained standard procedures to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Recommending products and promotional programs to customers accurately to increase sales.
• Listening to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Inviting customers to return for future visits with sincerity.
• Checking food quality according to standards before serving customers every time.
• Delivering food and beverages to customers accurately, completely, and on time.
• Checking the readiness of raw materials and service equipment before starting a shift.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the responsible area and ensuring equipment is always ready for service.
• Adhering to company standards for dress code and personal hygiene.
• Strictly complying with company safety and hygiene standards.
• Strictly complying with company rules and supervisor instructions.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarizing daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education: Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent or higher.

Experience: No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration).

Other qualifications:

• Service-minded, cheerful, active, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in performing duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a food handler's certificate (will be given special consideration).
