Job Description

• Analyze business requirements, operational challenges, and strategic objectives to identify opportunities for business process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and solution specifications, working closely with technology teams to support successful delivery.
• Leverage data, reporting tools, and business insights to monitor project performance, track KPIs, identify risks, and support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with business units, project teams, developers, testers, and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Support end-to-end project execution, including requirement gathering, testing, issue management, governance reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 3 – 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, PMO, or related role, preferably in banking, financial services, or digital transformation environments.
• Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, or system requirements.
• Experience in stakeholder management, data analysis, reporting, and project governance, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
