Responsibilities

• รับสายให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าและแนะนำลูกค้าในเรื่องการสอบถามข้อมูล รวมถึงการแจ้งปัญหาการใช้งาน
• นำเสนอ Package และ Promotion และดูแลลูกค้าในกระบวนการขายจนจบ
• พิจารณาสาเหตุหลักของการขอยกเลิกและเสนอ Offer/Promotion เพื่อให้ลูกค้าใช้งานต่อ
• สร้างและติดตาม Order ให้ลูกค้าจนเสร็จสิ้นกระบวนการ
• รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าทุกช่องทาง
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเพื่อให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจ
