Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, including training and troubleshooting electrical, industrial automation, and oil & gas products. Identify business development opportunities as part of the sales process.
รายละเอียดงาน
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support to the Sales Team – including Joint Sales Calls.
- As part of the Sales Process, identify business development opportunities.
- Provide Training to the Sales Team and Customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving product problem.
- Actively update, maintain product and application knowledge.
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrument and Control)
- 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical technical background or related field.
- Excellent active listening skills and customer service skills.
- The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
- The ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Fluent English
- Have an experience and knowledge in LV.
- Have a good Attitude.
