Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines to deliver excellent experience and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Recommend products and sales promotions accurately to customers to increase sales.
• Ask for and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Invites customers to return for future service with sincerity.
• Check food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting shift.
• Ensure responsible areas are clean, tidy and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain dress code and personal hygiene according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.
• Comply with company regulations and supervisors' instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent or higher

Experience

No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration)

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, smiling, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week) including public holidays.
• Food handler certificate (will be given special consideration).
