Spa Therapist (Club Med in France) Club Med Resorts Thailand or overseas

About the Role

A moment of relaxation with a view of the sunset, a treatment with essential oils after a hike or a day of skiing. The Spa at Club Med partners with leading spa and beauty brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes, Comfort Zone, Mandara Spa, Payot and l'Occitane. You will be trained in treatment protocols and in the sale of products from these brands; trainings are certificated and recognised in the wellness industry.

Location: Club Med Resorts (Thailand, France or overseas). Onsite position, contract type: daily/seasonal.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and organise the treatment schedule.
• Perform different types of treatments (Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stone, Balinese treatments, etc.) according to the resort's guidelines and brand protocols.
• Ensure the promotion, advice and sale of services and care products to develop the Spa's revenue.
• Work in collaboration with other resort services (laundry, bar, restaurant, etc.).
• Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and maintenance of the resort's assets.

Qualifications

• Attentive and personalised service mindset to deliver a unique customer experience.
• Relaxing / Zen attitude to create a calming atmosphere for guests.
• Commercial mindset: willingness to take on challenges to develop Spa turnover through services and product sales.
• Willingness to follow professional training on protocols of renowned brands (certified trainings will be provided).
