Job Description

• Manage and enhance relationships with assigned SME clients.
• Acquire new SME customers to expand the client base.
• Identify business opportunities and provide financial solutions that align with bank policies.
• Achieve assigned business volume, revenue, and portfolio quality targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in SME banking is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to meet performance targets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Dedicated, self-driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
