About the Company

As a carrier of Goldwind's supporting structure business, Tensam Hi-tech Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. ("Tensam") is China's first domestic integrated solution provider for hybrid tower, covering design, manufacturing, and full-cycle delivery. Through deep integration of core technologies between wind power and concrete engineering disciplines, we deliver hybrid towers addressing the industry's demand for multi-scenario adaptability – including high wind shear zones, extreme turbulence, large-scale projects, and distributed projects.

Location: Work locations are in Mukdahan Province, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province and Chumphon Province. Candidates who have concerns about these locations please do not apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality during the implementation of EPC projects throughout the process.
• Track the rectification of non-conforming items and ensure closed-loop management.
• Analyze the root causes of quality problems.
• Put forward corrective and preventive measures and continuously optimize the quality management process.
• Cooperate with construction, production and project teams to promote the improvement of the quality system and enhance the overall quality level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related majors.

Skills

• Relevant work experience in civil engineering, concrete engineering or construction quality management.
• Good English ability (listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to meet the needs of daily communication and document review.
• Familiar with relevant quality standards, inspection methods and quality management tools.
• Strict work attitude, strong sense of principle, and good data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates with relevant work experience in large-scale EPC projects are preferred.
