Inventory Manager (Makro Fresh Mahachai)

Responsibilities

• Manage, control, and monitor stock accuracy to achieve KPIs of DHL and the Customer.
• Identify problems in operational procedures related to stock accuracy and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Plan and improve inventory control, design solutions to audit stock movement information in the system, and balance stock between DHL and the Customer.
• Supervise Inventory team leaders in day-to-day inventory work to ensure assigned tasks are controlled and completed on schedule in compliance with standards, processes, procedures, work instructions and SOPs.
• Develop team leaders in Inventory Control Logic and people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field (Supply Chain Management or Accounting preferred).
• At least 5–7 years' experience in inventory, logistics or warehouse management at management level.
• Understanding of WMS systems; WMOS is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English and ability to understand English; good communication in Thai.
• PC literacy (MS Office / Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills for customer relations.
• Ability to work independently, conscientiously and under pressure.
• Knowledge of fresh and frozen products.
• Good balance of result and respect approach.
• Willingness to work at abnormal hours, weekends and holidays.
