Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all training and development activities within the hotel, including orientation programs and employee training
• Support departmental learning and collaborate with Department Heads to identify training needs
• Improve team performance and promote a positive learning culture in line with company standards
• Communicate and organise training programs across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well with all levels of employees
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Experience in training, learning & development, or hotel operations is an advantage
