Job Summary

Inventory Planning Officer Job Description

• Forecast product demand and plan inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Monitor inventory status and identify potential stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Create and manage purchase orders with overseas suppliers.
• Coordinate with international vendors regarding order placement, shipment schedules, and delivery status.
• Track incoming products and ensure received quantities align with forecast and purchasing plans.
• Analyze inventory performance and prepare reports to support planning decisions.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and related teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory and supply planning processes.

Education

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Statistics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• 0-3 years of experience in Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Import-Export, or related functions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Must Have

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to communicate effectively with overseas operating companies and international suppliers.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
