About the Role

The Material Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring material availability to meet production demands while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing supply risks. The role supports end-to-end planning activities including forecasting, materials requirement planning, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability to meet production demands while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing supply risks
• Support end-to-end planning activities including forecasting, materials requirement planning (MRP), and production scheduling
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain)
• Perform demand planning, inventory control, and supply risk mitigation
• Analyze KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and planning efficiency
• Manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in Production Planning / Material Control in manufacturing
• Proficiency in SAP ERP / MRP (PP, SD)
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office skills
• Good English communication (spoken & written)
• Knowledge of ISO9001 / Lean / Six Sigma is a plus
