- Collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders across Supply Chain (Master Planning, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics), Production and Quality (Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality).
- Review and discuss performance variance against KPI targets with key stakeholders, ensuring corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Site Scheduling to ensure plan adherence of "send to outsource" dates and volumes.
- Review supplier stock and take action to meet inventory targets.
- Monitor performance, address gaps, and take action to improve scheduling performance and Company KPIs.
- Share best practices in scheduling among team members.
- Initiate, support and drive projects aligned with Company Strategy and SC&S/production site management initiatives.
