About the Role

Job Title: Finance & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations of the company, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and working capital to ensure efficient business operations.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of financial reports.
• Supervise and ensure all financial and accounting processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to the CEO based on financial analysis, market trends, risk assessments, and overall business performance.
• Manage and maintain the company's financial liquidity effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Must hold a valid CPD License.
• Experience in construction or real estate companies is required only.
• Strong understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) accounting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and email communication.
• Strong expertise in accounting software and financial management systems.
