Senior Business Development Director – Mega Construction & Infrastructure Projects

About the Role

Our client is a leading international organization. They seek a highly experienced professional to drive large-scale infrastructure and construction project expansion in Thailand. This position will play a critical role in leading strategic business development initiatives, securing mega project opportunities, and managing key stakeholder relationships across both public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities for large-scale infrastructure and construction projects in Thailand
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in transportation infrastructure, high-rise and mixed-use developments, industrial projects, and energy and utilities infrastructure
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, developers, consultants, and strategic partners
• Lead tendering, bidding, and commercial negotiations for major projects
• Coordinate consortium and joint venture partnerships with local and international stakeholders
• Conduct market analysis and support strategic investment planning
• Work closely with regional and international teams to align project execution and business strategies
• Represent the organization in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure development, real estate development, or mega project business development
• Strong experience in commercial management, project development, tendering, or strategic partnerships
• Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure or high-rise construction projects
• Strong network within Thailand’s construction and infrastructure industry
• Experience working with government projects, PPP, or concession-based projects is highly preferred
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills in English
