Designed as a haven of peace and rejuvenation, the resort combines THE BARAI’s iconic architectural grace with personalized sensory experiences that reflect the essence of Thai hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, safe, and inspiring fitness experiences to guests, ensuring their wellness journey aligns with the Hyatt standards.
• Design and deliver one-on-one and group fitness programs tailored to guest needs.
• Lead wellness classes such as yoga, Pilates, strength training, or functional movement sessions.
• Combine technical fitness expertise with exceptional guest service to create memorable and transformative fitness sessions.

Qualifications

• Certified fitness professional: Recognized certification in fitness training, yoga, Pilates, or related disciplines.
• Experience in luxury hospitality: Prior work in premium hotels, resorts, or wellness centers preferred.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to engage and inspire guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Holistic wellness knowledge: Understanding of nutrition, mindfulness, and integrative wellness practices.
• Professional appearance and demeanor: Reflecting the elegance and standards of a luxury environment.
• Multilingual ability advantageous for engaging international guests.
