About the Role

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction, ensuring a welcoming and engaging employee experience.
• Shape and embed the hotel’s culture, values and wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure accurate payroll administration in line with legal and Accor requirements.
• Drive talent development, learning and succession planning, supporting internal growth and career progression.

Qualifications

• Strong HR / People & Culture background, ideally within hospitality or a service‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Passionate about people, culture and creating great place to work.
• Proficiency in spoken Thai is essentials.
