About the Role

To support the Legal Advisory function in providing clear, practical, and risk‑focused legal advice to business units, credit teams, and stakeholders, primarily in relation to banking transactions, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. The role is detail‑driven and designed to build strong fundamentals in banking law and in‑house legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Review standard and non‑standard banking and commercial agreements, including credit‑related documents and amendments, vendor and service agreements, NDAs, POAs, engagement letters, and bank standard forms.
• Identify legal risks, deviations from standard positions, and issues requiring escalation.
• Track legal updates and assist in preparing internal knowledge summaries; summarize findings in plain terms (issue / risk / recommendation).
• Work closely with business teams to translate legal concerns into practical guidance and participate in internal discussions or meetings on product or transaction issues as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of Laws and Master of Laws.
• 5 years of experience in a law firm (banking / corporate / commercial) or in‑house legal function, preferably in financial services.
• Strong reading and drafting ability in Thai and English contracts.
