Responsibilities

• Develop original and creative beverage menus using the best of local ingredients and traditions.
• Ensure guests are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of beverage offerings.
• Serve guests in accordance with standards and quality in a gracious and courteous manner.
• Ensure the bar is professionally set up and maintained at all times, including cleanliness and personal appearance.
• Process drink orders quickly and efficiently and follow Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and Beverage Manual.
• Take pride in all facets of service, quality, appearance and adherence to departmental procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving ability and resilience in handling challenging situations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong proficiency in Thai to ensure effective communication with team members.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of personal appearance and hygiene.
