About the Role

Job Title: Landscape Supervisor
Department: Centralize Landscape
The Landscape Supervisor is responsible for supervising and controlling the quality of landscape maintenance works performed by contractors in assigned common areas within Laguna Phuket. The role ensures compliance with Central Landscape standards, effective coordination, and timely resolution of landscape-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control the quality of landscape maintenance works carried out by contractors.
• Ensure all works comply with Centralized Landscape standards, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide feedback and corrective actions as required.
• Coordinate daily landscape operations and act as the main contact for assigned areas.
• Identify, report, and resolve landscape issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to continuously improve landscape quality.
• Maintain and take full responsibility for assigned common areas.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and supervisors' instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape maintenance or supervision.
• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Landscape, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of tropical plants and landscape maintenance practices.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple areas.
• Valid driving and motorcycle licenses.
• Computer and English skills are an advantage.
