Job Purpose

Responsible for scooping ice cream beautifully and with quality according to Swensen's operating standards, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the ice cream freezer to be functional and check the temperature according to standards.
• Maintain the quality of ice cream by checking the temperature with a thermometer according to standards.
• Keep all equipment and tools used in the work clean and ready for use at all times, and clean them properly according to hygiene principles.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, free from foreign objects and insects.
• Use ice cream containers correctly according to standards.
• Scoop ice cream to standard sizes as specified in the product manual.
• Maintain beverage quality according to standards and ensure sufficient supply throughout sales.
• Arrange and display ice cream correctly according to the flavor layout diagram.
• Arrange and display ice cream cakes correctly according to the display cabinet diagram.
• Take orders and make products according to standards for in-store or take-home customers.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers to ensure customers receive ice cream according to standards.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal attire, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards and organizational regulations.
• Comply with organizational rules and regulations and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Other duties assigned by the shift manager.
• Other duties assigned and specified in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or Female, age 18 – 25 years.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, smiling, cheerful, articulate speech, energetic work style.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: Must have completed Mathayom 3 (Grade 9) or higher.
• Experience: Experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
