This role coordinates end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring smooth operations from order entry to delivery, and supports customer service and export operations.
รายละเอียดงาน
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from order entry to delivery.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet shipment schedules.
- Monitor production status and committed delivery dates.
- Ensure pricing accuracy, export compliance, and correct Incoterm application.
- Arrange shipments and coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
- Prepare export documentation and support FTA requirements.
- Process order changes and maintain customer master data.
- Support other assigned customer service and operations activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, or Export Operations.
- Knowledge of export documentation, international shipping, and Incoterms.
- SAP/ERP experience preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
