JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Psychology/Business Administration with 5-7 years experience in F&B/Retail
• Knowledge and understanding of F&B/Retail labor market, recruitment techniques, Employment Law
• Excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, presenting, and relationship building
• Technology proficiency - Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, HR Analytics, Social Media
• Analytical skills - Analyze recruitment statistics data for strategic decision making
• Leadership qualities - Team management, task delegation, and mentoring capabilities
• Flexibility and adaptability - Quick adaptation to changes, handle urgent recruitment needs
• Network and relationships - Extensive network, good relationships with agencies and universities.
