Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely operations.
• Achieve production targets according to the production plan, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Warehouse, QA/QC, Engineering, and other departments to execute production schedules.
• Monitor production output and identify delays, bottlenecks, and capacity issues.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
