Media Search Analyst – Thai language (WFH)

About the Role

Part-time, flexible Media Search Analyst role with TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions that lets you set your own schedule and complete evaluation tasks via an innovative web-based tool. Work involves assessing digital media content across categories such as apps, music, video, books and podcasts for the Thai market.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of diverse task categories including music, video, books, podcasts and HomePod evaluations.
• Analyze and evaluate search results and App Store content to assess relevance and intent against provided guidelines.
• Conduct online research using web tools to validate query accuracy and market relevance.
• Apply market expertise and project directives to determine the purpose and usefulness of task-related information.
• Complete tasks via a web-based evaluation platform and follow project-specific processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• No previous professional experience required, but candidates must pass a qualification assessment and ID verification.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Thai and English.
• Resident of Thailand for the past 12 months with familiarity with current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media and cultural affairs in Thailand.
• Have an email address associated with an active Apple ID and some experience/know-how of Apple products.
• Up-to-date familiarity with trends in applications, music and video, and an interest in internet research.
• Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, a computer and relevant software.
• Independent worker with strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills; able to adapt to new methodologies and quality-assurance checks.
• High school degree or higher preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.

Additional Information

• Part-time long-term project; work subject to standard quality assurance checks during the agreement term.
• Applicants must complete an open-book qualification exam within a specified timeframe; training materials and guidelines will be provided prior to the exam.
• ID verification is required for hiring into the program.
