Corporate Controller

About the Role

ZF Foxconn (ZFFCN) is looking for a Corporate Controller to support annual operational planning, monthly forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance reviews across regions. You'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual operational planning and monthly forecasting process including consolidation, analysis, and synthesis of regional plans and targets
• Support monthly reviews of business performance for each region, and ensure alignment with timely completion of chances and risks, measures, and ad-hoc requirements
• Support preparation and development of all financial reporting and accounting analyses; includes regular balance sheet reviews and implementation assurance of new accounting standards
• Support development of short and long-range financial, accounting, and controlling forecasts that assist in meeting goals and objectives across regions; includes strategic target implementation and management
• Ensure compliance with all financial-related legal and company rules and regulations (accounting standards, ZF corporate policy, governmental, etc.)
• Ensure timely completion of monthly and year-end audit and financial reporting across regions
• Evaluate and promote continuous improvement of operating results; execute and advise on cost models for normal and special products
• Provide risk management and internal controls guidance to the plants and regional staff
• Support cash flow analysis and cash projections as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related discipline (or comparable) and several years of experience as a financial analyst or comparable position
• Experience in a durable goods manufacturing environment, specifically a plant or factory
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and cost controlling/engineering methods
• In-depth familiarity with plant and cost accounting principles as well as experience in financial planning and analysis and the generation of monthly executive-level reports
• Knowledge and ability in methods of communication, motivation, negotiation, and conflict management skills with a high-level of initiative/drive
• Expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP (functional)
• Organizational and project management abilities as well as excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management
• English language competency both spoken and written
