Responsibilities

• รับสายให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าและแนะนำลูกค้าในเรื่องการสอบถามข้อมูล รวมถึงการแจ้งปัญหาการใช้งาน
• ดูแลในเรื่องการนำเสนอ Package และ Promotion และดูแลลูกค้าเรื่องงานขายจนจบ Process
• ดูแลในเรื่องนำเสนอ Offer Promotion พิจารณาสาเหตุหลักของการขอยกเลิกเพื่อให้ลูกค้าใช้งานกับทางบริษัทอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ดูแลเรื่องการสร้าง Order ต่างๆ ให้ลูกค้าจนจบกระบวนการ
• รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าที่ติดต่อองค์กรทุกช่องทาง
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเพื่อให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจ
