Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing and cooking food according to company standards to deliver high-quality, fresh, and timely food, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction in every service.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Cooking

• Check all kitchen equipment for cleanliness and readiness before starting the shift.
• Check the readiness and quality of ingredients before starting to cook.
• Strictly cook according to standard procedures and company recipes.
• Process customer orders in chronological order and complete them within the specified time.
• Check food quality to meet standards before delivering to the service team every time.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure complete equipment in the responsible kitchen area at all times.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas according to the assigned schedule.
• Strictly follow food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to standards.

General Operations

• Comply with company regulations and supervisors' orders.
• Immediately report any problems in the kitchen to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specifications

Education

High School (Mathayom 6) or equivalent and above.

Experience

No experience required (experience in cooking will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Passionate about cooking and eager to learn new cooking techniques.
• Adhere to Food Quality & Safety standards.
• Responsible, honest, and meticulous.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a food handler's training certificate (will be given special consideration).
