Job Purpose

Responsible for scooping ice cream beautifully and with quality according to Swensen's operating standards, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ice cream freezers to be functional and check temperature according to standard.
• Maintain ice cream quality by checking temperature with a thermometer according to standard.
• Ensure all equipment and tools used in operations are clean, ready for use, and cleaned properly according to hygienic principles.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, free from foreign objects and insects.
• Properly use and handle ice cream containers according to standard.
• Scoop ice cream to standard size as specified in the product manual.
• Ensure beverage quality according to standard and sufficient for all sales.
• Arrange and display ice cream correctly according to the ice cream flavor layout.
• Arrange and display ice cream cakes correctly according to the cake display cabinet layout.
• Take orders and prepare products according to standard for dine-in or takeaway customers.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers to ensure customers receive ice cream according to standard.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal appearance, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards and organizational regulations.
• Comply with organizational rules and regulations, and follow supervisor's instructions.
• Other duties assigned by the shift manager.
• Other duties assigned and specified in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or female, age 18 – 25 years.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, cheerful, articulate, and agile.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: At least Mathayom 3 (9th grade) or higher.
• Experience: Experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
