What you’ll do

• Lead the operation and maintenance of mission-critical Data Center infrastructure, ensuring high levels of reliability and availability.
• Manage and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and support personnel.
• Oversee vendor performance, maintenance activities, and service delivery against agreed standards and SLAs.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, risk management, and incident response activities.
• Manage facility performance, capacity planning, asset management, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and operational reporting requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement across the site.

What you’ll have

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Significant experience managing operations within a Data Center, critical facilities, or mission-critical environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS, and critical facility infrastructure systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
• Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
• Experience within Tier III or Tier IV Data Center environments.
• Data Center certifications (CDCP, CDCMP, or equivalent).
• Experience managing mission-critical facilities with 24/7 operational requirements.
