About the Role

Location: Bangkok Emquartier. Onsite. Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, inform them about specials or new items, answer questions, and accept orders and payments.
• Prepare foods (sandwiches, baked goods), grind and blend coffee beans, brew coffee and tea, and serve items to customers.
• Package food and beverages for sale.
• Sell coffee, drinks and brewing items; highlight differences between items and educate customers about brewing methods.
• Clean and restock work and bar areas, empty trash and sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Learn brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve quality.
• Update signage and displays to attract customers.
• Take inventory and replenish items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
• Work as part of a fun, high-energy team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Barista.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work peak hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Polite, engaging personality and commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
