Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service in accordance with company standards and guidelines to deliver excellent experiences and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting increased sales for the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Serve customers according to standard trained procedures, aiming for 100% satisfaction.
• Correctly recommend products and sales promotions to customers to increase sales.
• Inquire and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.

Product Inspection and Delivery

• Check food quality to meet standards before serving customers every time.
• Deliver food and drinks to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of raw materials and service equipment before starting a shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance

• Keep the responsible area clean and tidy, with complete equipment ready for service at all times.
• Maintain personal attire and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly follow the company's safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly comply with company regulations and supervisor's instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

• Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent or higher.

Experience

• No experience required (experience in service work will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Have a food handler's certificate (will be given special consideration).
