Duties and Responsibility: (หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ)
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบถังดับเพลิง และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ต่างๆที่เกี่ยวกับงาน Safetyให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
- ดูแลความสะอาดภายในและภายนอกอาคารให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ปฏิบัติงานด้วยความถูกต้องตามหลักวิชาและคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของสวนหย่อมและต้นไม้ทั้งภายในและภายนอกให้อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์
- ดูแลการทำความสะอาดของแม่บ้านให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนดและให้ได้มาตรฐานตามที่กำหนด
- ตรวจเช็คสภาพอาคารและสีของอาคารให้ดูดีเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
