About Us

W&W Partners (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (泰国桢茂律师事务所) — All Seasons Place, Bangkok. The firm was founded by senior partners from leading Chinese law firms and works closely with senior Chinese counsels on cross-border legal work. We represent major Chinese companies expanding into Thailand, including publicly listed companies, and high net worth individuals relocating to Thailand. Practice areas include corporate, M&A, commercial, investment, litigation, and regulatory services. The firm is expanding and expects to grow by 10 to 20 lawyers within the next half year with a planned move to a larger office.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions, due diligence, corporate structuring, and commercial work
• Draft, review, and finalize legal memoranda and commercial agreements
• Supervise and mentor mid-level and junior lawyers
• Provide clear, commercially practical legal advice to clients

Qualifications

• Licensed Thai Lawyer
• 10+ years of transactional or corporate law firm experience
• Strong drafting and communication abilities in English and Thai
• Mandatory experience: M&A; due diligence; legal memorandum; contract review and drafting; corporate and commercial documentation
• Preferred experience: FBL applications; BOI matters; regulatory advisory
