Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines, to deliver excellent experiences and maximize customer satisfaction, while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely, with a smile and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and sales promotions to customers to increase sales.
• Inquire and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.
• Check food quality against standards before serving customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers accurately, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the responsible area, ensuring equipment is complete and ready for service at all times.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.
• Strictly follow company rules and supervisor instructions.
• Perform other assigned duties from supervisors.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education: Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent diploma or above.
Experience: No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Food handler certificate (will be given special consideration).
