Solution Architect

About the Role

As a Solution Architect at Allianz Technology, you will shape end-to-end IT solutions that support Allianz’s digital transformation and long-term business goals, combining strategic thinking with hands-on involvement across cloud-native and AI-enabled architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive IT solutions that meet business needs and align with Allianz's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and ensure clear understanding of project objectives.
• Create architectural designs and documentation that ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead integration of various systems and technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance solution capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in architecture and design.
• Participate in the development of IT strategies and roadmaps to support business growth.
• Design system architectures that integrate LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in IT architecture and design.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong with DevOps practices and tools.
• Good knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical use.
• Experience on mobile application development with technologies such as Flutter is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
