Job Purpose

Responsible for scooping ice cream beautifully and with quality according to Swensen's operating standards, to create 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the ice cream freezer for usability and check the temperature according to standards.
• Maintain ice cream quality by checking the temperature with a thermometer according to standards.
• Maintain all equipment and tools used in the work to be clean, ready for use at all times, and cleaned correctly according to hygiene principles.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, ensuring it is clean, free from foreign matter and insects.
• Handle and use ice cream containers correctly according to standards.
• Scoop ice cream to standard size as specified in the product manual.
• Maintain beverage quality according to standards and ensure sufficient supply throughout sales.
• Arrange and display ice cream correctly according to the ice cream flavor layout.
• Arrange and display ice cream cakes correctly according to the cake display cabinet layout.
• Take orders and prepare products according to standards for dine-in or take-away customers.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers to ensure customers receive ice cream according to standards.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal attire, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards, organizational rules and regulations.
• Adhere to organizational disciplinary rules and regulations and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Other duties assigned by the shift manager.
• Other duties assigned and specified in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or female, aged 18 – 25 years.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, smiling, cheerful, articulate, and agile.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: At least Matthayom 3 (9th grade) or higher.
• Experience: Experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
