Design Desk is the global engine of JLL Design—powering consistent, high-quality delivery across 65+ studios through centralized expertise in design, visualization, and portfolio intelligence.

About the Role

As Design Director, Design Desk APAC, you will be the creative flagship for our Bangkok hub, driving marquee projects across the region while strengthening our competitive edge, client trust, and team excellence.

This role sits at the core of JLL’s global-to-local strategy, reporting directly to the APAC Design Desk Lead. You’ll lead high-stakes pitches, steward strategic accounts, and elevate design culture—all while ensuring every output reflects JLL’s world-class standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead “rockstar” pitches for large-scale, high-budget workplace projects across APAC
• Serve as primary design authority for 3–5 strategic accounts, building deep client relationships
• Onboard and integrate new regional support teams.
• Champion design quality, innovation, and brand storytelling across all deliverables
• Partner with Thomas Danet to nurture a vibrant, high-performing design culture in Bangkok
• Leverage industry reputation to expand JLL’s influence and win new business in competitive markets
