The Pizza Company-Kitchen Staff (Part-time) | พนักงานครัว

Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing and cooking food according to company standards to deliver quality food that is fresh, clean, and on time, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction in every service.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Cooking

• Check the readiness of all kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and usability before starting a shift.
• Check the readiness and quality of ingredients before cooking.
• Cook according to standard procedures and company recipes strictly.
• Process customer orders in sequence and complete them on time.
• Check food quality to meet standards before delivering it to the service team every time.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the responsible kitchen area and ensure all equipment is complete at all times.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas according to the schedule.
• Strictly adhere to food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to standards.

General Operations

• Adhere to company rules and supervisor's instructions.
• Report any problems in the kitchen to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other assigned duties from the supervisor.

Job Specifications

Education

High school (M.6) or equivalent or higher.

Experience

No experience required (prior cooking experience will be specially considered).

Other Qualifications

• Passionate about cooking and eager to learn new cooking techniques.
• Committed to and comply with Food Quality & Safety.
• Responsible, honest, and meticulous.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Food handler training certificate (will be specially considered, if any).
