Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation, baking, and presentation of high-quality pastries, breads, desserts, and baked goods in accordance with established recipes and hotel standards.
• Supports senior pastry chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensures proper food handling, hygiene, and safety practices.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen.
• Contributes to efficient production while delivering consistent quality.
• Committed to developing culinary skills and supporting an exceptional dining experience through outstanding pastry and bakery products.
