About the Role

When it’s time to reinvent how the wheels turn in your organization, our Operations Transformation professionals combine deep sector knowledge with operational and technical expertise to deliver lower-cost, more effective and fit-for-the-future operations. You will work alongside clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions based on "Heart of the Business" transformation strategies, define and manage requirements, perform analysis, and communicate findings independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in work processes and innovative approaches to delivering scope of work.
• Participate in team problem solving and offer ideas to solve client issues.
• Conduct research, perform data analysis, and create reports.
• Assess and restructure operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline service delivery.
• Define, analyze and manage project requirements; conduct workshops, interviews and working sessions; maintain requirement traceability and manage changes.
• Prepare and manage project deliverables such as Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Requirements Document (FRD).
• Assist in proposal development as requested and maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
• Actively expand consulting skills through training, mentoring and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a business or finance discipline from a well-ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in an MBA program.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or banking as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge in Business Analysis, Core Banking systems, and PMO to meet project delivery needs.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder facilitation skills; experience preparing BRD and FRD and ensuring alignment between business requirements, system design and implementation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, testers and project managers.
• Ability to drive insights, develop initiatives and engage stakeholders across functions to set strategic directions that lead to operational change and execution.
• Willingness and ability to take initiative, learn independently, and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment.
• High emotional intelligence, ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in teams, and balance inquiry and advocacy; comfortable with ambiguity and complex issues.
• Capable of working on multiple, overlapping tasks; must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Thailand.
