Location: Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, 199 Sukhumvit Soi 22, Bangkok, Thailand

Schedule: Full Time · Position Type: Non-Management · Onsite

Responsibilities

• Deliver thoughtful, heartfelt service to create memorable guest experiences in the club lounge.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
• Uphold quality standards, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications at all times.
• Be on your feet and moving (stand, sit, or walk for extended time) and perform light lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.
