As a Senior Underwriting Staff, you will assess and underwrite medical cases for new business and appeals, ensuring compliance with standards and offering alternatives to agents. You will also participate in medical training to enhance underwriting efficiency.

About the Role
- Underwrite medical cases of New Business and POS within authority and prepare exceed authority according to the underwriting standard
- Review/ reconsider appeal cases, explain, offer and give more alternative to agent, include prepare case to committee
- Participate medical training sessions to increase the performance and efficiency of the underwriting
- Any other jobs as assigned
- Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
- Explore opportunity to improve work flow and build healthy environment
