Schedule: Full Time — Onsite. Position Type: Management. Programme duration: 18 months. Voyage is a full-time, paid development program.

About the Role

Marriott International’s Voyage Global Leadership Development Program welcomes recent university graduates to a mentored, learning-focused journey to prepare for a hospitality leadership career. The program is hands-on at a Marriott-managed hotel and combines discipline-specific training with a leadership curriculum. Voyage includes mini-rotations, mentorship, and access to senior leaders and coaches.

• Available disciplines include: Accounting & Finance; Culinary; Engineering; Event Operations; Event Planning; Food & Beverage Operations; Human Resources; Revenue Management; Rooms Operations; Sales & Marketing; Information Technology; Residences.
• Program length: 18 months.
• Program offered in 50+ countries; this application is for the 2026 Voyage Program intake in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate customer relationships.
• Champion innovation and propose process improvements and new initiatives through a Voyage project.
• Gain exposure to managing projects and people, including participation in management meetings and cross-discipline collaboration.
• Take on special projects and participate in mini-rotations across hotel functions to learn day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher level education required (Associate’s acceptable for Culinary).
• Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year; applicants with expected graduation within 12 months may also be considered.
• Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills; ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively; self-starter with a desire for personal and professional growth.
• Work authorization in the country applied (local citizen or permanent resident).
• Onboarding period may vary based on available positions; complete the video interview upon successful application submission.
