This role acts as a Registrar and Paying Agent, ensuring efficient processing of bond transactions, compliance with regulations, and timely interest payments while coordinating with tax authorities and key stakeholders.

Job Description
- To act as Registrar and Paying Agent role which able to efficient process the Bond transactions correctly,within agreed standard turnaround time and comply with the operation procedure manual and local laws and regulations.
- To register related Bond transactions
- To act as paying agent on behalf of the Issuer in accordance to Registrar Agreement
- To co-ordinate with the Revenue Department for related tax documents
- To gather the Bondholders’ information from the Underwriter
- To provide the Bondholders’ information for Thailand Securities Depository Co, Ltd. (TSD) and The Thai Bond Market Associate (ThaiBMA)
- To prepare and produce Bond Certificates
- To submit relevant reports to the issuer
- To calculate interest payables and any related tax payables
- To make interest payments for and on behalf of the Issuer
- To fill in related Tax Payment Forms to be submitted to the Revenue Department
- To deliver to Bondholders the interest payments, in forms of corporate cheques, together with the withholding tax form, by registered mails
- To attend and provide business requirement with the key projects as IVS related.
