The Role & Your Impact

• Designing and executing laboratory trials related to feed enzymes and microbial solutions
• Developing and implementing analytical methods and technical processes
• Providing expert technical support to the sales organization and key customers
• Interpreting data and communicating insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting product promotion and customer engagement with strong scientific storytelling
• Contributing to innovation projects and potentially acting as Application Lead (AL)
• Ensuring high standards of laboratory quality, safety, and scientific rigor

You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to co-create solutions tailored to regional market needs.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

We are looking for a scientifically strong and commercially aware professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Required qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry). Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant industry experience
• Experience in feed, animal health, or related industries is highly preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities, including statistical analysis (e.g., SAS, JMP or similar tools)
• Fluent communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
• Proven ability to design experiments, analyze data, and present findings effectively
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ways of Working / Working Conditions

• Primarily laboratory-based role within the BioCatalyst Hub in Thailand
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Sales, Innovation, TS teams) and external partners
• Occasional customer interactions and participation in workshops or technical demonstrations
• Standard business working hours with flexibility depending on project needs
