About the Role
ทำหน้าที่เป็นที่ปรึกษาเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านคนร่วมกับผู้บริหารสายงาน วางแผนกำลังคน ประเมินผล พัฒนาศักยภาพ และสร้างความผูกพัน (Engagement) เพื่อตอบโจทย์เป้าหมายธุรกิจขององค์กร
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับผู้บริหาร/หัวหน้างาน เพื่อกำหนดกลยุทธ์ HR ที่สอดคล้องกับธุรกิจ (Business Strategy)
- Workforce Planning & Analytics: วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลบุคลากร วางแผนกำลังคน และดูแลการสรรหา (Talent Acquisition)
- Performance & Compensation: ดูแลระบบการประเมินผล (Performance Management) และบริหารค่าตอบแทน
- Employee Engagement & Development: สนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะ (Learning & Development) และสร้างความผูกพันในองค์กร
- Change Management: บริหารจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงและให้คำปรึกษาด้านการบริหารทีม
