The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Executive to manage and grow our affiliate marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop campaigns. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce, particularly in TikTok Shop live selling, campaigns, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for building relationships with affiliates, optimizing performance, and ensuring campaigns meet KPIs while aligning with the brand's marketing objectives.

As an Senior Affiliate Executive, you will take charge of

• Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, primarily on Shopee & TikTok Shop, from recruitment to campaign execution.
• Build a strategic plan on how to optimize and leverage affiliate business in Shopee & TikTok Shop.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote brand products.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and campaign-level affiliate strategies based on brand objectives, market trends, and performance data.
• Analyze GMV, traffic, conversion, creator activation, commission structure, SKU performance, and campaign efficiency.
• Translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable growth plans.
• Prepare client reports, performance dashboards, business reviews, and campaign recaps.
• Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and commercial risks across each account.
• Recommend the right creator mix, product focus, commission mechanics, campaign structure, and promotional strategy.
• Work closely with Affiliate Operations, Creator Management, Category Managers, and platform partners to ensure effective execution.
• Support commercial planning, including scope definition, pricing, resource requirements, profitability, and upselling opportunities.
• Track deliverables, timelines, budgets, and agreed KPIs to ensure client expectations are met.
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, creator trends, competitor activities, and platform developments.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, or social commerce.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead performance and strategic discussions.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence working with commercial and performance data.
• Able to build logical, structured strategies and convert insights into practical action plans.
• Good understanding of affiliate metrics, including GMV, traffic, CTR, CVR, AOV, creator activation, commission, and ROI.
• Strong reporting skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; dashboard experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of online sales funnels, performance marketing, and social media engagement.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and project-management skills.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, affiliate platforms, or social-commerce tools is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
