Job Purpose

Responsible for scooping ice cream beautifully and with quality according to Swensen's operating standards, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ice cream freezers to be fully functional and check temperatures according to standard.
• Maintain ice cream quality by checking temperature with a thermometer according to standard.
• Maintain all equipment and tools used in operations to be clean, ready for use, and cleaned properly according to hygiene principles.
• Maintain the work area clean, free from foreign objects and insects.
• Handle and use ice cream containers correctly according to standard.
• Scoop ice cream to standard size as specified in the product manual.
• Maintain beverage quality according to standard and ensure sufficient supply throughout sales.
• Arrange ice cream flavors according to the ice cream flavor map.
• Arrange ice cream cakes correctly according to the cake display cabinet map.
• Take orders and prepare products according to standard, for customers dining in or taking away.
• Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers to ensure customers receive ice cream according to standard.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain personal attire, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store according to company standards.
• Adhere to safety standards according to organizational regulations.
• Comply with organizational rules and regulations and follow supervisor's instructions.
• Other duties assigned by the shift manager.
• Other duties assigned and specified in the daily work schedule.

Qualifications

• Male or female, aged 18 – 25 years.
• Service-minded and responsible.
• Good personality, cheerful, articulate, and energetic.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Education: At least Matthayom 3 (Grade 9) or higher.
• Experience: Experience in restaurant service will be given special consideration.
